This concert was Not at The Felt Forum as stated above . This was filmed at Rock Land Community College. This is our Classic Song that we were known for and we also did other songs that we were known for , such as, "To The Aisle," "Wonderful Girl," "The Jones Girl," and "I'll Be Seeing You," which we sung with out instruments, in other words , Acapella

This song defines the word “Classic”! When you think about classic Doo Wop this is the 1st song that comes to mind. FRED Parris & The 5 Satins. In the neighborhoods back in the day you could hear this song coming from alleys, street corners, vestibules, stairwells & any place we could get the “Echo”. What great memories.

I saw them in 1956 at the Brooklyn Paramount. We used to see several shows, with a movie, usually an oater, in between.

If you've never seen the Five Satins sing this live you have missed a wonderful thing !!! WHY IS THIS FROM THE FORUM ? In the 70's Richard Nader's 1st 2 shows were there, but the rest were from the Garden. I went from volume 3 to volume 14. I saw the GREATEST SHOWS there ever were !!! Saw the Satins many times. MAGIC !!!

Nipsipone is correct. That is Freddie Paris, the original lead singer.

Wow! The Felt Forum. That brings back memories! I didn't see this particular show since it happened the year I was born, but I did attend many shows and events at the Felt Forum as a child. I've gone to many doo-wop shows throughout my life, but certainly would have liked to be there for this show. Does anyone know if Fred Paris (the original lead singer) was performing with the group for this performance? I can't tell if that's him in the video.
