@@alexquintero2187 I have been eating essential foods to gain weight and build muscle at the same time. My diet is restricted and I am currently only eating foods that are rich in protein, carbs and unsaturated fat such as clean steak, fish, potatoes, brown rice, beans and eggs, including vegetables as well. I've cut out eating processed food and I am only having one cheat meal once every two weeks, sometimes I don't feel the lust to crave fast food. I agree what you said about what to eat not how much of what to eat since I'm only eating those healthy food but in a bigger portion, maybe 4-5 times a day. I'm a skinny guy with relative decent muscle but I want to gain some weight to become heavier, I'm kind of bulking but at the same time my goal is to have a good health, a decent physique is good for me. I guess I just need more time and be a bit patient, but I've done it for a month now but I still have the same weight (53kg, more or less).
I love how the Cuban-Chinese man literally said: "They have me in here eating shit", in Spanish. Made it even more real, most Spanish speakers do use a lot of swear words😂
@@onlyplayaseattacoswiththei9433 it's not a cheesesteak, dudes get violent for that confusion over here for whatever reason. I almost learned the hard way
@@n_t6911 lol, sheesh. You mustve almost got the business. I can feel the fear through the screen. Lol. Ok ok , I WONT call it a cheese steak, thank you for helping me keep my teeth 😂. I do have family in the Bronx tho. Close family too , E. 183rf & the Grand Concourse. Its mostly a Spanish area so it's a LOT of good Spanish food but ive never saw them make fast food. Its a Popeyes around the corner & all but mostly Spanish food. Next time I go ima bust up into the bodega like "gimme a chop cheese! & it better not be that cheese steak BS that those Philly dudes be talking about"😂
A Cuban Chinese restaurant?! Sounds like heaven. I grew up in NY and loved chopped cheeses, $1 slices and also Jamaican beef patties with coco bread. Damn I miss that good NY food. Now I live in Northern California, land of kombucha and kale salad lol.
Antonio Wong reminds me of a friend I have that looks Japanese, speaks Spanish with a Peruvian accent, was born in America, and raised in Peru and Japan, then America. She’s also mixed with black, so when I first met her my brain exploded. Love it!
The Indo Java is run by Indonesian of Chinese ethnicity. Most of the customers are also Indonesian of Chinese ethnicity. We are very proud of our country and cultures. It's kinda ironic that while, we, Indonesian - Chinese always define ourselves as Indonesian first - never a chinese; but always treated as outsiders by most other native ethnicities.
I remember going to Chuls vista, Ca and hearing a Chinese lady fluently speak Spanish in an authentic Chinese restaurant and then transition to her native language. It’s crazy how cultures collide with each other
I'm Cuban and one of my great-great-grandfathers was a Wang so, we all assume he was Chinese. I always thought that was so cool. I love how Cuban that cook's accent is.
Part of my family lives and grew up in Panama and they're chinese so it blows people's minds when he talks spanish and he looks chinese but it's common down there. Also my cousins name is Juan Wang.
really? it just looks like a greasy unhealthy sandwich to me. Nothing special except it will make you gain 2 pounds. It's funny how that's considered "tasty" in the US.
Florence P What the fuck, I know I’m the one from the U.S. but I am most definitely in better shape than you, so I can eat it, I have no problem burning calories, so please stop the health lesson. Thank you.
This video reminds me sooooo much of the Chinese-American culture of the Mississippi River Delta. The U.S. has a rich tradition of Chinese people who came to this country 150-250 years ago. It's amazing. Everyone should visit the shores and villages along the Mississippi River and eat. You've never seen anything in your life like an old, decrepit, sweet Asian-looking grandmother serving food in her shack who talks and sounds like a slow-drawl Paula Deen. It's fantastic and so is the food.
Finally.. Indonesia on this site.. Hopefully a lot of more info about Indonesia.. Including breakfast food around the world.. And a lots more.. Because Indonesia full of diversity and the foods so tasty
Sudan Nutella nah, the Chinese who speak patois are basically Jamaican. The ones who have immigrated recently from China (the colonizers) don’t speak it and either speak standard English, Engrish, or mandarin
I miss Queens. The first NYC borough I visited and the first place I come back to whenever I'm in the city. Two years has been too long to be away from Queens.
🤔@11:42 with a straight face he said “I still have one Cuban worker working for me”.🤨 @11:44 then on screen we are introduced to Antonio Wong...a Chinese man born in Cuba, speaks perfect Spanish / Cuban Spanish with a Cuban accent.🤨
I love how you can find comments all over any video about chopped cheese with people screaming "No! You don't put [insert ingredient] on it! That isn't authentic" or something along those lines. But at Hajji's, the guy who made it is like "You can put whatever you like on it"
So he makes 1k a day from chopped cheeses alone (less after taking the cost of production in) that’s still a very nice amount of raw sales for such a small place, respect for that!
I have a friend who is Cuban chinese. Although she can’t speak Spanish now so I guess her dad is the last decadent. But she go visit Cuba from time to time.
