Sir you always talk about prime locations plots and organised sectors. Please shed the light on whether to buy a plot in undeveloped or developing colonies in outskits of city( many middle class people buy plots in outskirts) where plots are relatively cheaper like 100gaj for 30 to 50 lakhs only. And later we can construct house or resale the plot once the area get developed in future let say 10 years.
There are certain set of people who want to buy freehold land for personal usages or even if considered for investment then only long term appreciation. Would you still recommended them to purchase builder floors/flats? I'm not entirely sure what happens with a builder floor/flat after a certain time period(maybe when lease period ends)?
I was considering for 1800 sq ft plot cost 1 Cr in Pune in township with target of 50 lac construction cost and end house ready in 5 years. But after listening your video it looks like it will cost 2 Cr and rate goes around same as flat on per square feet basis. This is adding confusion if should go for flat or plot for end use.
