This has been so helpful for me already, thank you! I work in the legal field and it is hard to keep track of the many moving parts involving someone's case. Always grateful to find techniques for learning and improving.

this is so helpful! I procrastinate and then I have a mountain to complete each month. it can be so frustrating. I think my procrastination is definitely a symptom of secondary trauma.

Perhaps also it would be help to provide specifc strengths, needs, personal challenges (barriers) and solutions that the family provided and plans to do to address any issues. Our plans and documentation should always be family centered, strength based and solution focused. I know documentions and report must sound legal and professional. I think you did a good job with your notes. I would like to see more of what the family is experiencing reflected. Its how we measure progress in their service plans.

I have just became a Youth Mentor, and this is my first "career" so I really want to utilize this information to help me organize my notes better.

My name is Kyla and people constantly call me Kayla, and I'm glad to know the other Kyla's of the world are having their names mispronounced, too, hahahaha! Fantastic video and so helpful!
