A pinched nerve in the shoulder occurs when an anatomical structure in the shoulder becomes trapped.
It is often a tendon, a bursa or one of the rotator cuff muscles which causes a sudden, nerve-like pain in the shoulder and the upper arm.
In this video, I demonstrate three highly effective exercises which will give immediate pain relief.
I also demonstrate how to adapt your favorite sleeping position so the shoulder does not keep you awake at night.
Finally, I demonstrate two great strengthening exercises which will help to reduce the pain, as well as in the future.
