A family friend of mine recently gave me her old HP Photosmart C6380 back in June. It was working from 2 to 3 weeks since I used it mostly for scanning. Later, I was getting error messages about the cartridges not working in place. I removed the five cartridges and the detachable cartridge holder. Once I did all that, it stopped moving. All I keep getting is one orange light and three other green lights.

Re: HP Deskjet 3320. Problem was due to a defective black cartridge HP27. I installed a new one and the problem went away. To verify, I retested with old cartridge and yes the problem came back. So, now good to go.
Check for leaked colour or rust on the colour cartridge section, try to clean it and see. Hope you have tried official cartridges because leaks happens normally with duplicate cartridges. What I use to do is buy OG once then refill it with duplicate ink and it use to work fine.
My Hp 2548 ink carriage wont stay centered, always to the right and all 3 lights are blinking... Even after dragging it centrally to put the ink cartridges, its still same.... Any help Sir? 🙏🙏🙏
okay so what happened: my printer had one line of tricolor and black ink, but when i printed the colors were really off (black turned blue, pink turned green etc) when i tried taking them out and putting them back in, the tricolor ink started blinking its orange light.i took both inks out, cleaned with distilled water the inside of the printer, got new ones. i have not put the new ones in yet, so the printer has no ink inside now, but the tricolor ink light is still blinking. should i just go ahead and put the new ink in? p.s. we have the printer hp deskjet 2630 :)
If both inks are out then both orange lights should blink. You can try putting the new inks once your printer is dried after cleaning. The test page should automatically print first time then you can check color calibration.
Hi Akshay, I was wondering if you might have some advice - so the right light on my Deskjet D2560 is blinking, however when I printed a test sheet it printed fine (both black and white and colour). So don't think it could be the inside of the printer stalling. Do you have any idea what it could be? I think it could be the connection between the printer and the computer but not sure how to solve. Thanks in advance. Rosanna
See if something is blocking on the cartridge rail. Do oiling if the movement is too harsh. Then try running again. Blinking lights me no cartridge or paper/ink jam.
Bro the right light of the cartridge keeps on blinking but the left one do not blink therefore can’t print. How can i fix the right cartridge from blinking
