Worked great!!! My Google browser was hijacked by Yahoo. I spent hours trying to find the malware. I was certain that the problem was "Browser is Managed by your organization" because this is my personal computer. This procedure fixed the problem. THANKS!

I think it worked but on the extension it is still ther but it is disabled however it doent let me remove it, i think it should be fine.

Go to your chrome extensions, hit developer mode (top right), copy the ID, go to registry editor and there’s a “find” option on one of the tabs in the task bar, paste the ID and delete what pops up.

Hi. When I went to delete chrome from policies and it asked me if I was sure I wanted to delete.. I accidentally clicked something else and it went away. I never chose yes or no & now chrome is gone is the reg editor and my issue is the same. How do I fix it now?
