No, in this video I am using 64 bit architecture but I still copied the 32 bit files in the SysWOW64 Folder. Hope this help!

then you might have other problems, this video solves the missing msvcp100 and msvcr100 file by placing the file in the destination folder. make sure that you are downloading the correct architecture for this to work.
