Today's workout is a 6 minute core workout that you can do EVERYDAY to tighten your core, flatten your belly, repair diastasis recti and "lose your mommy pooch" (or ab separation after having a baby).
These are also great exercises to do after having a C-section (once you are cleared by your doctor) to help with the C-section shelf that remains after.

There’s no excuse now for me to skip my abs with a 6 minute workout without dreaded crunches, bicycles, or V-sit-ups. Even when I’m exhausted at the end of the day, I have this to look forward to- short, effective, & great music. Also, you have a nice clear soothing voice. ❤❤❤

So can you do these workouts while you're also doing the diastasis recti 21 day ones (or similar) or do these take the place for those??

Great question! Yes, you can do these workouts on top of the 21 day challenge or you can can do them in place of it - it depends on how much time you have. It won't do any harm by doing both of them (in fact, you will probably see results sooner). I hope that helps!

Hi! All of the exercises in the MTF program and on this channel will heal and repair the Diastasis Recti above and below the navel. Try and focus on engaging your TA muscle (transversus abdominis) before each exercise, it will close that gap above the navel. Best of luck!

Great question! And yes - it is absolutely okay! There is no focused activation of the rectus abdominis (6 pack) muscles in the front, but rather targeting the spine erector (lower back) stabilizers in the back. You are good to go! It's a great workout.
