This is awesome! Wow, you explained some things I never thought about with the snatch...especially "working it up" gradually. I have to try that! My problem has been, I have one good side (my nondominant arm) and one that whacks & goes wonky. I think this will really help. I also love the lean-back version of getting the bell down. Fantastic help! Thanks!
