Yoo! Thanks for the tips! I honestly never noticed my foot. I just went to practice one day and it just clicked like I leveled up or something haha. Bastia helped give me advice as well, which was the reason I got better in my opinion. I will work on the foot. Thanks!!
Its just a matter of time and practice :) practice it consistently, try to do multiple rounds even if your hips is low, and also try some combos, with the time will get better :)
