I jammed my key by accident into the lock cylinder and this happened. Ordered a new ignition lock cylinder a set of programable keys. Hopefully it’ll work.
Hi a friend of mine has a 2002 Ford Ranger the key has a chip in it.. if that Chip gets broken but still has the key is there anyway to start the vehicle? It won't turn over now??
No there is no way to start the vehicle. The cheapest solution is to get a chip and have it programed. The immobilizer would recognize the chip and the vehicle would turn
Hi there do u know what code 12 means? My car used to start but once the mechanic took off the steering wheel and put it again, the car is not starting anymore please let me know...
I just got code 12 too. I broke the wires in the transponder unit (receives signal from key) between the little black box and the part that goes over the ignition
First extract the theft code as shown in the video. For most Ford, doing this alone may solve your problem, but if it doesn't give me the theft code and I'll guide you to fix it
@@autojezor hi I have the same problen,i was driving the truck and stop working on the route, I replace the battery the one going inside of the key,but won't start
@@autojezor well the key wont even move, the steering wheel is locked and the key wont turn. The theft light keeps blinking about every 3 seconds and that's about it, what can I do to atleast free up the key and/or steering wheel?
