This printer has been an absolute God send for me. It can do so much and has helped me with school, legal work, etc. etc. We just moved and I thought I had left it behind, only to find it in a box with a desktop computer. I had never been so relieved.. Anyway, I went to print something tonight and I've been freaking out because there was no paper jam what so ever. I was so worried it was damaged from the move. I'm not sure exactly what was wrong, as it is working now, but I'm still glad I watched this video so I will know in the future!

"Make sure no bits of paper remain". But if there are remaining bits of paper, how can I remove it? My problem is I have bits of paper stuck in my ink cartridge access area. I am trying to remove with tweezers, but it's stuck so far in I can't get access to it. Is there a way to resolve this?
It doesn't work any of this guides and i am mad because my printer is new when i bought the printer the message of carrier jam appear. And i will not pay for a technician only to tell me to buy a new one. So i hope you have a good explanation why you sell imperfect technology that seems very clear that that you only sell them for money and without carrying about your costumers

I am having the same issue it was working perfectly and now all it says paper jam. The paper doesn't feed all the way nor prints, I try to do alignment, but it does the same no print nor feeds all the way. This is so frustrating and its only 2 years old hardly used.

Hi! I just bought a 4630, I printed less than 100 sheets. My problem is that the feeder sometimes pickup double paper, otherwise it is not stuck, there is no jamming. I cannot find any solution for this problem. Can you help me, please?
+Dávid Horváth Make sure that no more than 50 sheets of paper are loaded in the ADF input tray at one time. If the ADF picks single sheets but does not pick from stacks of paper, make sure you are inserting the proper amount of paper. The edges of low-quality paper that have absorbed moisture might curl or lift the sheet so the paper does not feed into the ADF or miss feed paper.
We bought our printer about 6 weeks ago, and we are now trying to change the ink cartridges as they're empty although they don't move to the middle, so the black ink cartridge is underneath a plastic layer above. We have had no error message on the printer itself, so we are stuck!
+kellie barrett I understand the carriage is stuck on the right-hand side and you are not able to replace the cartridge. Try to move the carriage manually to the center and see if it works, you can also follow the steps in the document: hp.care/2punqBS

Perform a power reset to fix this issue: Turn on the printer, if it is not already on. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer. Wait at least 30 seconds. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer. Turn on the printer Let us know how it goes.
There is no paper stuck in my hp officejet 4650 printer. My paper tray is VERY hard now to open and close and constantly says it's open. there is no paper jam anywhere! How do I fix that??
