It came that way from the factory , it’s a California emissions engine. That air filter costs about $40-$50 to replace.

Check fuel pump, filter, pressure regulator, injectors, manifold pressure sensor, trigger points, ECU, compression, and chain stretch. points, coil, wires, plugs.
