Using a Mini excavator and compact track loader to fix a gravel driveway. Installing drainage, widening the driving way, fixing potholes, spreading gravel, and taking down a few trees.
The Geezer on one video you came across a bee hive Nader a porch but you had no torch so you used a garden hose what we do at times we take a long bambo pole with a m-80 firework on the end of the pole light it and stick it into the hive no more bee trouble not to good or cruel but in a emergency it fixes the problem of bees or.stoping the job !
Here I am, thousands of miles away across oceans and seas, and I`m just watching in awe of how easy you make it all look young Andrew.. Thanks for your videos.. (Ian) UK
You are so right Ivor. I have done very similar things as to what Andrew does, and it's not easy, but he makes it look that way. He is a master! For someone his age, he is so good at this stuff. He also sounds like a real good hearted guy. He is my favorite on youtube.
Hi Ian. I am from Lancaster, Lancashire. I think Andrew is very interesting to watch. I have not watch the crapping TV for ages, just been going through Andrew's video's.
Hi Andrew, I’ve been watching your videos for about 6 months or so and I’ve watched pretty much every single one you have made and I’ve got to say your such an honest genuine guy and a proper go getter. I wish all the best for you in life as you deserve it 100 times over.
Mr. Camarata, there is something very primordial about your videos which makes them such a joy to watch. Additionally, all your videos demonstrate great patience. I wish your channel was around when raising my children. Thank you for taking the time to create your works of art.
Or drinking anything. If someone had told me a month ago before I found this guy that I would be entertained by excavating, knocking down trees repairing equipment, I would have told them they were nuts. This guy is great. From the work he does to his "productions" , and of course hsi dogs, it is all great. This is the only You Tuber that I have set up for notifications.
Have you gone back and watched his older content? I have spent countless hours in the last months catching up... Add to that the fact that the area of the world he lives in is beautiful!!
@@deannamarie4149 I tried to describe Andrew's videos to someone as a cross between Mega Machines and Twin Peaks. Andrew is the "Special Agent Cooper" of operating and the "David Lynch" of the Hudson River Valley.
@Brian Navalinsky Lol. You will have to forgive me. I have no idea what/who any of those things are. I do know that Andrew is better quality entertainment than Jersey Shore or the Kardashians could ever be (for me anyway) ✌
@@jonjhon8491 I checked using an analysis site and it says this for the Andrew Camarata channel :: Average Duration: 0 days, 0 hours, 15 minutes and 18 seconds | Total Duration: 3 days, 17 hours, 32 minutes and 44 seconds
After 25 years as a network engineer working in offices and server farms, I have been inspired by you to get my heavy equipment operators license and start a new career playing in the dirt! Here's to a change of life!
So, I have no idea what your going rate is for grubbing out ditches in solid rock, but what ever it is, it's not enough. What I like about you is your commitment for doing the best for your customer regardless of the job. Good work as usual.
I broke my leg couple months ago and started watching. I love how nothing stops him, something breaks down he fixes it. Something goes sideways and he figures it out. May not be pretty how he gets to the end but the finished project is always pretty good.
The work this man does with 20-30+ year old equipment is amazing. Imagine what he’d accomplish if he got sponsored by an equipment company that supplied new stuff.
@@AndrewCamarata It's not horrible, just different. The Volvo I have is 2012 and people were actually complaining that the servo controls reacted too fast. You will get into fast situations where you have to release the controls because you can feel it going into "spaz" mode. There is no doubt that Kubota or Cat would love to have someone like you rep for them. Just stay you and don't go Hollywood.
@@AndrewCamarata I think keeping an open mind is important, new doesn't always have to mean bad. Anything can be good if you pay enough (which is the main problem)
Never thought watching a guy fix a driveway would be entertaining, but can't get enough of your videos. Great content and great commentary. Thanks for sharing
Just what I needed this Friday! I've been longing for another AC video being released. Congratulations on your 250k Subscribers! I'm in awe of your work ethics and adaptability - by far my favourite RU-vidr. Thank you.
For those who don't own or operate this type of equipment, the tracked skid steer is essential a single plane device (bucket is always parallel to the tracks). Getting crown on the road is a difficult task that Andrew makes look sooooo easy. Excellent work young man!!
Being a southerner, the land up there in New York is really interesting and cool. A lot of the big heavy boulders up there are leftover from the last glacial period. And as per usual, automatic thumbs up for Andrew doing his thing!
You make such a mundane job look so interesting and watchable I like the way you speed it up to keep it interesting well done another great vid, thanks 🇬🇧
Oh my, I’ve got to save this till tonight! Going to be on my mind all day, got work to do, this really kills my focus. Finally........ just watched, was worth the wait, thank you Andrew!
I’ve been admiring the blue skid steer ever since you acquired her, glad to hear the bcats are being replaced by such great machines. The machines are only as good as the operator and you are the best I’ve ever seen Andrew. I love these long videos you are posting now, stay safe and stay awesome! ✌️
Hey Andrew, as other people have mentioned 250 subs is quite an accomplishment and congrats to you buddy. I can still remember when you had only 25k and I said to myself "this kid is going to make it big here on RU-vid". Its also nice to see people who appreciate what you do and that thank you for the vids. I'm learning quite a bit for my business watching your channel which was the inspiration behind our company Timberhitch. Well off to buy a ditch cleaning bucket for my Volvo as we have a job to do soon. looking forward to the next project. DMC
Just got home 🏡 from a business trip had no internet connection for a few days hated it !! Just woke up to a notification that Andrew just upload a new video ..... Alsome !!!! I feel refreshed what a great job on that driveway !!!!
My 3 year old grandson and I just had a 5 minute conversation about rocks . Why we don't have rocks in our part of Texas and why Andrew has rocks in his part of New York . His last question was what's a New York . Great program thanks
Every single video of yours I've watched from start to end, I'm still catching up on older videos. Keep up the good work Andrew, you're providing excellent content. I never thought I'd be watching property maintenance videos, but now they've become my favorite videos.
Awesome work every time. You can see the landscapes greatly improved, WE can see the quality of his years of knowledge and having the right gear while knowing how to use it .👍🏡🚙👌🔧😇
Most of your videos show you in a beautiful, quiet wooded area, with no one around, just you and your equipment, and your mind working to solve problems. Looks like a beatiful occupation. I may have gotten intot the wrong business as a young man...
As a rural mailman, I work on roads like these all the time. But nowhere NEAR as nice as these roads. I wish the homeowners here would hire Andrew to fix their roads lol
A great way to start some weekend, YT viewing - AC you are a One Man Roadway Department! Andrew your story telling is visually interesting and well paced. Your time lapse segments effectively conserve viewer time, accelerate cinematic time, but still reveal the huge amount of work you do on any given job. Well done! Love to see our Levi and Lacy on the job. Roy Lewis Buffalo, NY
I accidentally clicked on a lets dig video....I watched it. It was about him building this 10 acre pond with a dam. The entire time I am watching this video I'm wondering where the water is coming from to fill up this huge pond. Well, he ends his video on a shot of this giant hole in the ground with absolutely no water in it. It was a giant waste of time. My point is Andrew, anyone with a camera can make a video. You let your viewers know what your doing, show us how to do it and show the final product. Its an art and you do it very well. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I just watched this video and I was very impressed with the quality of the vision. Close up of the rocks and shale I felt I was there. Well done. Cheers Steve
I know it. As I was watching this video, I was thinking if Andrew could get a hold of a small to medium size rock crusher that he could control the size of the finished product. He could have a setup at the castle where he produces and makes his own gravel and road base. That stuff makes the absolute best base there is. Seems like he has a unlimited supply, and could have his own supply to sell. Just a thought.
@@scotabot7826 I think he actually has a video where he digs & uses some of his own material... it might have been the one about building the driveway on his own property.
The thing I like the most about your videos is you treat the property you are working on like you own it. Only time I've ever been nervous watching one of your videos was when the young gentleman started running that chainsaw. Twice I thought we about to see him get knocked out!! That second cut he made actually widow maker cracked on him.
Thanks for posting videos again Andrew, on a regular basis, we love your channel buddy. Greetings from one of your many loyal viewers in the UK. Keep on digging bro.
I often find myself watching these video when I really should be doing some work myself. But hey now I fel like I fixed a driveway today, and fast too. I'm not sure the misses sees this in the same way.
I love the jobs you get Andrew. These types of Jobs play right into what you are so good at. Its amazing to watch you run just about any piece of equipment and make it look so easy. My Hats off to you my friend, Continued Success. (Love and Best Wishes from Norther New Jersey ! )
Subscribed the other day after watching one video!!! You are very good at what you do, which is everything!!! Shocked to see someone helping you, but you said a homeowner helped with the trees!!! Thanks for taking the time on your videos!!! Have a great w/e from East Texas!!
Things are coming together and you look more relaxed and not as stressed, seeing your family close has probably helped you with that, keep the vids coming !
Thanks for the great video mate ,your videos are the best hands down ,you explain the job before starting and again when your done ,and telling us why you may have had to do something a particular way .Your editing and camera placement gives a great perspective ,and always finishing with the drone shot of the job ,and then turn to give us a reference to what I'm guessing is towards your property ,a truly beautiful part of the world thanks for sharing it with us. Cheers from down under.
Your work ethic, knowledge, skill, and direct practical approach to problem solving are a breath of fresh air. I really enjoy your videos. I love your dog Levi!
My wife happened to look over my shoulder while I was watching one of Andrew's videos where he was fixing a driveway.. she asked "why would I watch some guy push dirt around"... I showed her the castle that Andrew built and a couple other videos... she gets it now. There doesn't seem to be much that Andrew can't fix and I appreciate it when he shows something he could have done better.. he is the kind of guy who built America. Clearly not a "poser" with bright shiny equipment that never gets used... his equipment isn't mostly that pretty but it works and he works and he can fix whatever breaks.
Did anyone catch the white tail deer @25:34 look right of the lab in the foreground not far down the hill. Nice repair job by the way. You certainly take pride in your work @ Andrew Camarata.
Now I know why my ancestors quit farming. They left Sullivan about 1850 and and moved to Brighton (Rochester) and became brick makers. Trying to clear a field of that stone by beast and plow would have broken any ones spirit.....lol.. And I left NY and moved to Calif in the 1950s and became a surfer. Now I'm 72 and only surf the internet and watch great videos like this. I DO fantasize of being about your age and doing what you do.
I love the castle Andrew and I’d love to see it, but I miss watching you do these jobs my brother! Plus I believe that your videos have the best editing and everyone of them are awesome! Most I see get so boring waiting for the finished product, you have edited them and there’s never a dull moment! I really enjoy them and I think for your age you’re one Smart Cookie! lol A man that can operate all your machines and repair them too, that’s freakin awesome! I’m a retired certified welder/Pipefitter/fabricator and I love everything you fixed and fabricate! Thanks for sharing your experiences with us my brother! If you ever need any advice on welding I’d be honored to share with you my friend! Your friend Kirk Rogers in Louisiana! Keep em coming my friend! 👍🏻👍🏻
I haven’t watched tv in years, there’s just so much great content on here, with Andrew, AvE, Keith Rucker, and humorous others who needs to pay the TV License 😂
Always highlarious when I try to explain to my friends that they need to watch videos with names like "fixing a driveway" lol I watch your videos right before I need to get out and fix some shit around the house or my cars.
When I feel like crap and full of hate and bitterness I watch and get lost in your channel and everything turns around and holds me grounded thanks for being a good video man and what ever else appreciate you.
Great video as usual! I saw that big rectangular slab peel off the bank and started thinking about how nice something like that would look over my fireplace.
Always doing good work, with the trusty sidekick. The video quality is on point like usual and the content is always made interesting. I am surprised you don't have 1 mil subscribers..
Hes on his way man! Andrew really blew up over these last 2-3 years. I agree on the quality and content, too. he pours his heart into the work quality and video production and it shows.
Awesome job bro I'm also new here are drive way is so horrible when there's a heavy rain it washes out i do need to fix it but we also don't have the money for more gravel right now we kinda have a ditch on the side for the water
Thank you sharing your experience, knowledge and the thought process you use to build, operate and maintain your equipment. Good health and good luck to you.
