Was that a rubber/plastic washer? Mine won't extend but it'll tilt.

I cheated like this on the on the blend door motor it was stripped it was flexing so I made a spacer 2 years ago and still going

It's still a leadsrew acting on a stripped gear. Should have replaced it. Changing the gear mesh location isn't gonna fix it for long. 2/10 imo.

Haha I didn’t even think of using an o ring ! I used a zip tie and sent it 😂been like that for almost 2 years now 😂

Was there no O-ring before? What kind of o-ring did you use? Could i just buy a random pack of o-rings?

My IS350's extend function doesn't work currently, tilt is fine. Is this fix applicable to the IS and the extend function?

that o-ring might degrade over time. Maybe washer will last longer?

Hi brother thanks for your videos I'm a subscriber. Question please... I have a 1995 Lexus LS 400. The radiator fan is not activating. It does work because i tested it. I disconnected the connector that's connected to the ac receiver drier and the radiator fan turns on and stays on continuously the whole time. But when I reconnect the connector the radiator fan turns off. I'm trying to fix the fan so that it turns on when I turn on my air conditioner but the fan does not turn on when I turn on the AC. I feel like it has something to do with that connection but I'm not sure. Do you think I might have a bad sensor that's connected to the receiver drier? Would that be called a "High Pressure Sensor" or something? Thanks. Anybody knowledgeable please reply soon.
