@@TheLeverMonkey Sorry, I just saw this reply. I'll hit you up tomorrow evening to test everything out. Shoot me a message with your phone number and I'll text you tomorrow afternoon if you're good with that.
I started with dirt work. Scrapers dozer and rough/finish blade work. If you want more information I will be live tomorrow with @diesel and Iron at 4:30PST
I own a Landscaping company we are migrating into lots of excavation work. Doing water valves on the main at a complex. A valve at each of the 26 buildings. Our landscaping guys work hard all day long and don't make much really for how hard they have to go all day to make it work. Only one is a good ground guy had come out of the landscape crews(most of them just can't catch on with what to do and when to do it(most struggle with learning how to use a binder, half of them can't stringa ratchet strap and that's what's used on the mowers daily haha. I hired a guy 30yrs in laborers union and now everything is clicking with the digging haha!
As I have stated many times we are training guys. Also the new guys drive the trucks and help with the clean up. I know we have to many guys for what we are doing but some days it is not enough. There is so much that is not in the videos.
