Thank you, I was trying to keep from having to take the spindle completely out. I did end up taking it out on the outside edge. The coffee can shield wasn't working the greatest for those interior welds
Always like to get things cleaned up before they come in the shop! Doesn't always work out, but.. That's a good looking deck! By the time people bring them to me, there are 3 or 4 very visible cracks... and I always find at least that many more. I gave up on drilling.. haven't had any come back since. As always, nice job Steve!
Thank you sir. I tried to move around and not put too much heat into it but I think that's why it distorted a little. The owner was still very happy and it cuts great. I just wanted to know what the heck he hit,😅
