#TRX #RAMTRX Part number 5ZB47GXHAA After smashing my front bumper skid plate at the sand dunes it's finally time to install the factory black lower bumper on the RAM TRX
Great content! Like all the info you put out for the trx has helped me with my trx build. Only issue I had with mine was the coolant leak on back of supercharger so far. Thanks again!
your videos are the best for TRX and RAM products. love to see some camera install for this truck for those of us that bought the base model or maybe still that sunroof cut in lol great content . always looking forward to whats next . helping us Base guys stock up .
Definitely one of my favorite channels. I have the exact same truck. White Trx no pano, lv2 and am quite a novice mechanic, but still like to entertain tinkering with things. So to have someone with your knowledge putting out videos gives me a great relief to be able to tackle a few things that seem doable. I hope you keep the Rex for a long time to come and continue to push our excellent vids. Thx a bunch from SoCal. It’s hot out here too
Lol how am I just barely seeing this video? I was sitting here and a thought came to my mind like wait what happened to Tyler Potter and boom there’s this video lol
Do you happen to notice the powder coat chips very easy? I know the rebel and TRX practically share the same bumper and my 22 Rebel has rock chips like crazy with only 15K on the clock. You would think for a 75k and 100+K trucks they would be better built.
Hi Sir, I am about to buy TRX. What would you advise? I know it depends on individual preference. …Ram Bar or No Ram Bar?……power running board or off road running style board? …..I will use it more on daily drive than off road…Thank you so much. More power to you.
I personally don't love the RAM bar but it does look cool on some trucks I have seen and I really like my fixed style off-road board as they help to reduce a lot of potential rock chips off of the bed sides that would be thrown off of the front tires. Thanks for the view!
@@TylerPotter Thank you. I appreciate your response. Thank you for all the videos. Please continue doing that. I am learning a lot from you. By the way, I decided to go without Ram Bar(I was thinking it will add weight and I don’t put additional lights anyway) and with fixed off-road style running board(like what you said save the paint).
As cheap as that truck is made, since the front bumper was dented, I would have went with an aftermarket one. Since .. you know, they are not made of sheet metal and plastic. Next pot hole you hit it's just going to get dented again.
I would love to go with an aftermarket bumper but this $200 fix is a lot more affordable for the time being lol also the bumper that I want requires cutting both of the front frame horns off and I haven't fully committed to that yet. Thanks for the view!
$200ish to put the black skid plate on vs. $2000+ for an aftermarket one made my decision for me lol also the bumper I really want requireds the frame to be cut and I'm still not sure I have made that commitment yet! Thanks for the view!
