If you are a competent person use a T10 screwdriver to remove 2 screws at the paper feed opening and 2 under the long plastic cover at the rear. Disconnect 2 ribbon cables and remove the cover. This gives you access to clean the rollers. Note the orientation of the ribbon cables. Reassemble and retest

This printer is absolutely horrible. I am a highschool student so it is crucial to be able to print assignments if i am typing a project out or was absent and need to print missing sheets. It gives me constant problems and requires me to log into the printer as if it matters if someone else gets into it. Horrible waste of money. If i wasnt so low on cash id go buy a new printer instead of watching this video so i can print out my damn assignment.

Some clown had dropped a piece of Lego in ours, right OK it was me, I'm an AFOL, so I have large Lego modal on top of the printer, and just maybe a piece of it went in, so my advice is check for Lego 🤔TBF it did occur to me that something was blocking the rollers and I had used compressed air and vacuumed the thing out, when all it needed was a good shake.
Worst model printer I have ever made the mistake of purchasing. *Constant* failure to feed from day one. Sadly if you're watching this video my suggestion probably comes too late - but definitely do not buy this paper weight.
@@HPSupport The printer has no problem picking up paper. It always immediately prints the first page, and just stalls to print the next. You have to manually tell it to keep printing every time. If it can do that, it definitely has no problem fetching the paper.

All this printer does is waste ink with it's constant need to print the alignment papers and yet despite printing that paper off perfectly EVERY TIME it blocks you from printing actual documents until the printer feels like it. There should really be a lawssuit against HP for the wasted ink and paper from this alignment paper scam.
My step-sister gave me this printer assuring me it's working and I cannot for the life of me make it work. I must have spent 3 - 4 hours now trying + bought different types of cartridges/paper. My partner who was a sky engineer (so more tech experience than me) also tried for a good few hours and cannot do it. The whole experience feels like banging my head on a wall.
I've had this printer for 6 months. 2 weeks in the wifi stopped working. Ok so we plug it in. First time I changed the black ink (color ink was full), had problems because it kept saying the color ink was also empty. Had to replace. The color ink cartridge was full. Ok , spend useless money because the printer couldn't "read" it was full. Second time I changed toner the paper stopped feeding. Keeps saying there's no paper even when there is plenty paper on the tray. Tired of searching for solutions everywhere because hp will at the most make you waste your time looking at videos of how to troubleshoot, but never, not once will they give you a solution. I just threw my hp printer out of the window. It was the most pleasure it gave me in 6 months. Now I have to go pick up that mess. NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRODUCT AGAIN!

HP is bunch of amateurs => every HP printer that I has had, had that paper loading issue...... (3 printers in last 10Y). Had also 2 Epson => never had that paper loading issue problem.
I have been working in the domain of Information Technology for nearly 8 years now and I have to say, I have never, ever, seen anything remotely close to this. 😂One of my firends asked me to see what's wrong with their printer because it did not print anything whilst being connected to their network service. I printed one set of document. It rolled out one paper without printing it. This has happened many times. I printed the missing page. it is making movement of printing, but it came out empty. But i can print document with red or blue (when i changed the setting to colour print). Both cartridge still has ink (no blinking light). I tried to use the empty cartridge to check if it can detect the low level ink. Yes, the light blinked. and it won't print even with colour setting. So, it is something wrong with the printer. I will definitely change to a new manufacturer. I thought I must tell this to all users not to waste your RM300 on this printer. I spent the whole morning to figure out what is wrong with the printer.
Only thing that worked for me was to download a driver for the printer from the internet and use a wired usb connection from the laptop to the printer. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a wireless printer but at least I can print now....

My printer started working again. I followed the steps of pressing the power button along with other keys. Turned out the printer had ink leaks which needed to be cleaned. It took 2 minutes for the printer to clean itself.

Congratulations on the successful cash grab. After this, my second poor HP product, I will not purchase another HP product. I thought the first may have been just a dud. We hadn't used it often. However after experiencing these problems for no reason and reading so many bad comments and reviews, it seems that HP follows many other manufacturers in making cheap, poorly designed products that don't last and continue to sell them without offering any real solution to prevent product malfunction. The is the worst printer EVER. I had an epson that lasted for years. The printer still has two months warranty on it and still using the original cartridges it came with. Junk
Worked for me! Even with small hands, it's fiddly to reach, and my cotton buds are short so I cut one in half and taped the ends to a lolly stick. I also wetted the cotton bud with slightly soapy water, for more effective cleaning. The ink is still an enormous rip-off, but at least my 2622 printer feeds the paper smoothly now.

This printer has been so hassle from day one. Keeps on jamming, it prints and aligns on it's own, stalls (you have to open the shit and monitor it). Paper feed issue. Bad service

I've got the HP 2622 and it's crap. I've actually used it to print about 12 times, probably less. It's on a spare computer in the den. Tried to print to it today and looks like the paper pickup rollers are crooked inside the paper pickup area. I'm guessing a piece of plastic broke. Now it doesn't pickup paper. What junk. Utter crap for quality. No more. Never again with HP. Done.

@@HPSupport This is the 2675 Deskjet. I'm connected to an Acer laptop, running windows 10. Nothing is blinking on the printer. And the only thing I keep getting when I try to print, is that the printer is offline. I'm using a very strong and reliable wireless connection.

Worst printer I have ever used. If you can get it to print a page either through WiFi or wired connection is about a 1 in a 100 chance. Useless junk of a thing waste of money.
