Fixing the Tahoe dash with Dash Skin 

Got the Dash Skin for my 2013 Tahoe.....HUGE difference. Love it.

Thank you for this video. I have a 94 Z28 and my dash is starting to crack. It looks terrible. I see on the website that they make a dash for my car. I watched your video of you replacing your dash with a new one from GM on your 93 Z28 and it is a lot of work so now I can make my dash great again, Thanks a million!

Love my 2010 Tahoe better than the new Tahoe's. Super reliable and safe. 5.3L V8 is my favorite motor. Thank you Dash Skin.

This video is in the top 1% of instructional videos on YT. I really appreciate the fact that you kept the camera steady; picked your angles very well; included all the details...no BS. I'm getting one of these for sure, my 2007 Avalanche dash is in a little worse shape than yours. Extremely helpful! This video is 2 years old - has it held up? One concern I have, what if I someday need to remove the dash (maybe because the instrument cluster goes crazy, another known issue with these trucks), will it be more difficult?

Was hesitant in buying a 2012 at a good price because of cracked dash. At first I assumed it was cracked suspicious that it was involved in accident. That it was cracked because of airbags being deployed before. But after seeing clean carfax and reseached found out it was a common problem. I thought I was going to spend a lot of money one day to put in a new oem dash. I bought this dash skin and been very happy. And now my truck has no defects. And its been a good relaiblr truck. Glad I bough this 2012 Chevy avalanche that ai plan to keep for a long time.

Every Dodge truck ive had the dash wash like that too.

This is funny back in February of this year 2021 I sold my 2008 Silverado LTZ with only a 156.000 miles on it. A guy and his wife saw it for sale and was very interested and wanted to drive the truck so I gave them the keys and off they went when they returned they said look the dash is cracked and I said the dash was perfect and wasn’t cracked and he no it cracked as we were driving it and sure nuff it had cracked but they bought the truck anyway that very day. Funny it happened like that.

My time is coming to fix my dash. How is the dashskin holding up? Is there any rattling or anything else you would do now after this install? Thanks in advance.

This, the cheap plastic door handles that break, driverside valve cover you have to replace cause they start eating oil,O-rings in intake manifold go bad, anything else I need to know?

Sorry for all the ding ding ding ding 😂 that was funny. It looks real nice and I wasn’t expecting it to be that easy. Put a dab of trim serum on that A pillar scratch and it will take it right out. You really can’t beat $134 shipped. It looks brand new again.

Thanks! Good info..I now know where to go to replace the dash on my 2011 Tahoe LT. I not sure its the Chinese plastic....I blame the cracked dash on "womens!" They all seem to want to ride around with their feet propped up there...I always have to ask my wife. Can I put my feet on your coffee table? Then keep yours off my dash...

i would drill hole at end of crack on origanal dash . to stop crack ???? then glue?????
