I'm glad bro got the trophy in Dallas before he left. Hopefully he can find a lower level tier 1 side or a top tier 2 side if he is still trying to play. Not many pros I dislike, but Nexa does seem like a nice, cool dude.

He is a good IGL. So hopefully he gets back to calling.
he for sure in the chopping block, either hooxi goes to analyst and niko to IGL again in this player break or another 1-2 tournament with the new rifler before hooxi getting benched
You gotta be special in the head to think they would send their IGL home, who actually managed to win them trophies in CSGO and keep them reaching playoffs in CS2. Nexa keeps being a heavy player for M0nesy to carry and Hunter was fucking up rounds left and right till recently, those 2 had more reasons to be sent home than Hooxi
@@sofarsogod you are blind if you don't think hooxi will be out in the next few months. he is not that great of an igl to keep around in a team where he can only get sub-10 kills a game with a .5 rating...
@@sofarsogodjust because you’re an igl doesn’t give you an excuse to consistently have a 0.5KD. He’s also not a top 5 IGL strat wise so what’s the point
Hooxi was out a tournament but he was still involved by being in calls with niko and taz giving strats and advice so niko used a lot of his material in their games in dallas.
@@JDUU2K Don´t mind these dumb comments, like always people in this community have a huge recency bias where they can only focus on one month of events and forget everything prior to it existed
@@JDUU2Kbruh... Then go be a coach or something. Why play at all. Only the strats matter right? In game hes bad and had the same ratings with a guy who didnt play for 2 years
@@MrMarL-se9xy then you can say the same for karrigan and aleksib who have similar ratings to him but I do agree that hooxi would probably be a really good coach.
Fr thats why i dont get why people are acting like this was the right move… nexa might not always be great but when he is g2 looks damn good. They can win with nexa. They cant win with hooxi we saw that in dallas
2:26 they are looking for more frag power to neutralize hooxie, no way they pickup stew, stew plays to nervous and needs more time. Nexa was their perfect fit as the only passive style player. They needed to get rid of hooxie for a fragging igl but one that is coached under hooxie as his new coaching position
"They needed to get rid of hooxie for a fragging igl but one that is coached under hooxie as his new coaching position" Already happeded, it's NiKo at Dallas.
@@biggusballuz5405 hooxi is kind of good strategist but his implementation in the game just wont work but when he is not playing, niko done it... i think he is good as coach maybe.... Iem dallas prove it.
@@dankscarce problem is they needed to bench inconsistent players like yekindar and skullz, but they offered nitro to come back from val and he got benched from their m80 team and was saw playing faceit
@Teevz Why wouldn't they have any choices. They are G2..with monesy and Niko ffs. Of course they have many choices...the question is are they willing to take a risk with new IGL / approach to the game.
Something us all expect to happen tbh. Well at least he having a good time after coming back with lot of good shot. But yea x3 terrible moment on top 😂 that's good enough for someone who come back after a long break.
Anyone has any idea what happened with JKS? There is no way he had 0 offers right. Did JKS himself take a break or the all tier 1 teams lose their brains and forgot the man?
nexa left G2 when m0NESY came in, that's why they had to go with Aleksi. G2 just needed an AWPer at that time. But nexa didn't want to lead G2 anymore then Aleksi starts losing grip with G2 that's why Hooxi came in. It's nexa's fault he lost the leadership spot for G2, of course he ain't gonna ba rifler for G2 when they have NiKo and huNter being counted on as star riflers he's literally not the same as jks
NEXA is a IGL but in G2 he don't want to be IGL, he want to be Support Player! he is top 10 IGL in the world but Support Player top100, that's why day did not remove HooXi, they need a IGL.
Unfortunately they benched the only passive player they had. You got niko monesy and hunter, nexa is the perfect style player to mesh in with them. Maybe he can be better at support flashing other than that he is solid. Their going to regret this, they will fail and try looking for a passive anchor again. Get rid of hooxie for an igl that can frag under hooxie coaching leadership.
@@fnutek3720 not so easy man, chemistry and fighting nerves etc is different for each player. Once you have someone somewhat comfortable its hard to replace. The next 6 months of G2 is going to be rocky just remember these words. Hopefully this next player will be molded into what they need for the long term
Cs2 isn’t csgo, passive players are actively punished by the new way you get peeked. While you can be passive in a macro sense, you almost always want to peek into someone than get peeked in cs2, and unfortunately nexa’s playstyle of turreting up is extremely disadvantageous in the new game
@@Fatkidlovecake If only there was this really good Australian anchor that had way better stats than Nexa, and played better on stage. They’ll never find a player like that though
Man, Niko teams always do this. They finally win something and they change. I remember 2018, Niko was in Faze and they had croman in team. They won Sidney against Astralis 3-0. It was 2 OT's and 16-14 but still Astralis was at it's peak. They kick croman for some bigger name and they didn't win anything for I don't know how long. Like why change when it's working, I just don't get it. I know nexa was in bad form for some time but I don't think he was the reason they were playing bad.
@@EntrEsprit Still leaves the problem that there is no avaible igl (well except Cadian but that ain't happening) so they bascially have to risk it on Niko calling
I think Malbs would be good for entry or put him in Hunter's position and have Niko play igl. Could even have Malbs play Hunter's position and let Hunter anchor, but that's kind of hard to speak on with how well Hunter has been doing lately. There are better ways to utilize Malbs. Either way Fl0m is right we really don't want to see a talent like this just stuck in an anchor position when there are so many good ways to use him. Love the work though Fl0m glad you're sticking around through these tough times of cs2.
@@yunggopnikdaballr Dude Hooxi is not good. Idk how you can give him credit for contributing to a tournament he wasn’t at. I highly doubt he had anything to do with prepping for playoffs or the final. He was at a wedding
