Those greens are called 'pois carré' (translated to square bean) but they are also called Goa Beans. Just stir fry them with meat like you would string beans. My mum puts them in chicken curry :)

With the coriander, cut 2 cm from the root and replant.. Salty fish, Bombli aka Bombay duck :-). Don't cook inside the house as the smell will linger for days. I had these beans before but I can't remember its name. He said " le pois carre" or square beans. My cousin had a rosaille tree. That boulette bowl... yummy,
