That is actually pretty nifty Nigel. How does it go with forge welding with flux? Does it mess with the ceramics?

Thanks Nigel. I saw these a few months ago and been interested since. Bit of a shame it doesn't quite get the welding heat though. Do you know what price they're wanting for them? When I looked previously I didn't find it, at work now, but could have another wee look later tonight if you're not sure. I can't have a chimney in my workshop so been stick with a small home made propane tank forge which is really limiting the shapes I can work with

First thing I'd do with that thing, remove the safely valve!..😆..Like watching a kettle boil, I wouldn't have the patience!

Does it need a .37mbar 4kg/hr regulator or should a .37mbar 1.5kg/hr work? I have a 1.5kg/hr on my one but it cuts out when I open the yellow handle valve to light the flame. Any help would be appreciated 👍
