Is that Bacardi 151? Everclear? What does it taste like? Also did the pitcher burn your hand? Is it all alcohol or does it have any coffee inside when you're making the waterfall? What's the potency of it? Why does it burn so bright?
old school- 300-400 years old, bartenders used to do this as assurance of alcohol content. Go to any good bartender and ask for a blue blaser, they'd have to be a pretty good bartender but they'd do something similar, maybe not that last double pour, that was sick.
