Someone's going to say it, but yes, I made a mistake and called it the F7, instead of FC7 🤦♂️ But did you see how tiny this thing is? Anyone know of any pedal smaller?
Rowin makes smaller humbucker sized pedals. I Have a delay from them and it sounds terrible. Lol you can identify these pedals becuase the metal box has a raised section between the footswitch and the controls. That and they are literally the same size as a humbucker.
@@GrowWithGuitar I enjoyed your review, but a pedal on it's own is very fizzy and doesn't give a good indication of what it will sound like live. May I suggest you use something like AmpliTube, Guitar Rig or Bias FX to set a clean tone that is more like an amp?
Hmm...I do have the Avid Eleven Rack which simulates amps and cabinets, but since everyone has a different amp, I thought direct would be simpler. In terms of recording with a mic, there could be factors such as the microphone and room as well. But I will consider using my avid eleven rack. Last time I compared the audio interface to going through the avid eleven clean, it sounded similar, so I just went with direct. I will definitely have to figure this out and experiment though.
@@GrowWithGuitar Clean is very different to distorted, the amp & speaker are very important. (This is my favorite free plugin ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sWg4kdPcmCA.html ) At about 30s he turns the cabinet on and off and you can here why the amp is important.
