Hello, today I bring you a spectacular recipe for quesillo / flan, the flavor of this dessert is identical to quesillo, although it does not have condensed milk and it is made with pumpkin, you will be surprised by its flavor.
Ingredients:
Caramel:
200 g of common white sugar
125 ml of water
1/2 tsp lemon juice
For the cheese/flan:
700 gr of pumpkin
250 ml of water to cook the pumpkin
160 g coconut milk
200 g of common white sugar
vanilla essence to taste
6 medium eggs
1 pinch of salt to enhance the flavor (I didn't indicate it in the video but add it)
