Without a doubt, the BEST custard tart in the world. It's like a giant Portuguese Tart, but better because there's so much more custard! RECIPE: www.recipetine...
had flan for the first time this year when visiting my girlfriend's dad, with her, in the south of france, only had a store bought one and it changed my life, can't imagine how good this one would be, by far my favrouite dessert ive ever had.
I love your recipes and your videos are so relaxing. I have tried several of them and they have all come out perfect. Also it was great to see you in this one. You're very beautiful, also. (I mean that respectfully). Thanks for all the food.
Oh yes, I make this for my family, using a different recipe I am going to try this recipe because it looks like you have solved the problem of a soggy bottom, will let you know how I get on. Thanks again for posting, hope this recipe is in the book👍
Oh my god, this is one of the best ones I've seen. I would go a touch higher in milk fat, but otherwise that was perfection. I've never seen the butter addition either.
1 like Great recipe Delicious and delicious Thanks for sharing. It's great to watch your videos. My friends and I will try to make videos like you. Have a nice day.,.,.
This had to be one of the longest recipe I’ve made, especially since a lot of it consisted with chilling ingredients/mixtures for hours.. but overall it was the BEST pastry I’ve made and made it worthwhile
I just followed your recipe, and came out with the most delicious one I have ever made! Do you have chocolate flan recipe? Or some suggestion that I could try, really appreciate!
I was just looking at all the eggs my chickens have been laying and wondering what I should make to use them up. I don’t have puff pastry though so would have to make it. Hmmm.
Hi, what if the pastry sheets I bought are smaller than the springform pan? Should I piece them together or buy another one which provides a whole base? Thank you!💙
I would NOT make her recipe again. Here is why It tasted fine, BUT it took way to long and was way to fussy. I found a few other versions online that were simplistic and more realistic for a home cook. There is so much rest time. Rest for the puff pastry. Not once, but at least 3 times to my recollection. The only two things I liked about this was the custard and the taste. Was this worth all the work? No not in my experience and opinion. I will NOT make this again.
What an insane recipe! Better get a therapist. There are much easier, straightforward ways to make a custard in phyllo dough. I just can't believe you published this.
