Ummm.. the first comment, at the very top, states "this guy must be where CNN gets their 'factual news' from" - so I do believe that is an observation that CNN will run with any misinformation as long as it suites their agenda (which is in other words, being easily manipulated with false information). And I believe Tucker is getting a good laugh because the guy is such a moron and it is so easy to see he is full of crap and making things up as he goes along. Had me laughing as well. :)

I caught this when it aired. I wasn't paying much attention till Tucker started laughing, then that guy took that sneaky sip of water and I realized it was a prank with a message...
