Flashing xHP Stage 3 Transmission Tune On My F30 BMW 340i! (TUNED? YOU MUST DO THIS!) 

After you install map. Your supposed too drive gently for 50 miles. Round town ect. So the gearbox can learn the new map. After that is when best results are made. Don’t just remap and boot it. 50 miles first 👍

Don't forget you need to drive around 50 to 100km (60ish miles) for adaptation. I think in comfort it feels better too, less jerky when u pull up from a stand still, on downshifts while braking and smoother while accelerating under medium throttle. Sport+ manual in xhp stage 3 = beast mode 😅

Most important thing after tuning your car with the software is tuning the transmission and another important thing is to drive 100km like slower normal no kickdown because the tuning always needs time.

Hey Zay, I had to laugh at your reaction. “This ain’t right...”😂 I’m so happy for you man... Today unfortunately my 340i broke down, so I’m heartbroken. It started smelling coolant and shortly followed by an overheating msg on my way from work. Luckily I was in the shop’s parking area, so I got water and drove home (5mins drive). The car seemed fine apart from water leaking from somewhere (couldn’t see, looked like it was underneath the water to air intercooler box) when I got home. My car is still stock, so I’m sure my warranty will cover some of the cost. I love my beast so any costs at least won’t feel like a burden😅 Funny thing is, two days ago I was watching a video of some guy on RU-vid saying that overheating on the B58 is an common issue and thought that it won’t happen to me😂 My car is the 2016 BMW 340i rear/fun wheel drive😎 with about 82 000 miles on the clock.
