Flea has come from a rough childhood, his vocabulary is pretty impressive considering. I don't think he considers himself a master of English, he just tries to express himself properly and sometimes you say the wrong words, It happens to all of us.
Bird Skull no, I was a fan of the Chili's up until around Blood Sugar and it's literally been decades of listening to Flea and Anthony "shucking and jiving" their way through interviews- which made me loathe listening to either of them speak. If they could take a moment and answer a question thoughtfully, rather than trying to impress people by compressing the most amount of words into each sentence, I'd have way more interest in what either has to say.
