Welcome to my channel! This is a music reaction channel. For the longest time, I've loved creating content on the internet. I started off with a gaming channel right here on RU-vid, which eventually turned into a Twitch gaming channel, but as time has gone on I've evolved into doing other things on RU-vid. For years now I've wanted to create a music channel on RU-vid, and recently just figured "why not?", so it’s time to give this a go! Give me any suggestion you have for music reactions, and I will do my best to get around to them. As music has fallen further out of my life, I figured this would be a great time to get reintroduced to music.
If you enjoy this video and my reactions make sure you subscribe to the channel, like the video and comment down below which video you would like to see me react to next.
This is a reaction video used to educate and give my feedback on the song and artists.

Have you heard his "Big Love"? It's IMPERATIVE to listen to the live version from the Fleetwood Mac "Dance" tour because the studio version doesn't have the driving, thundering guitar work.

Lindsey is a spectacular acoustic and electric guitarist. If you like this type of acoustic finger-picking mastery, try out The Clap on The Yes Album, a long solo acoustic piece by Steve Howe that will blow you away. Then check out the first album of Hot Tuna, featuring Jorma Kaukonnen of Jefferson Airplane playing unbelievable acoustic blues, which he learned as a kid in Washington, DC and never really got to showcase in Jefferson Airplane. Although he did do one acoustic solo with them called Embryonic Journey that's damn fine. Or Anji, a cover by Paul Simon on one of the early Simon & Garfunkel albums. Or anything by Leo Kottke.

Why do people fuss over who's the greatest? There is only a "great" catagory and includes so many deserving guitarists. There will never be a consensus on who is the greatest because of so many different styles from different genres.that the listener may or may not relate to.

Yeah, it can be a fun and interesting debate, but expecting there to ever be a truly objective conclusion is folly at best.

Great review! Two other commenters mentioned GREAT guitar songs to check out, I’ll mention them also, Steve Howe with Yes. “Clap” or “The clap” from “The Yes Album” & “Big Love” Lindsey Buckingham with Fleetwood Mac live “The Dance” concert. Both will blow you away!

Lindsey Buckingham is a very DISTINCTIVE guitarist! And one of the best!! From his solo discography, some suggestions: Law And Order (1981)--- "Trouble" Go Insane (1984)--- "Go Insane", "I Must Go", "Slow Dancing" Out Of The Cradle (1992)---"Countdown", "You Do Or You Don't", "Turn It On" Under The Skin (1997)---"I Am Waiting", "Cast Away Dreams", "Down On Rodeo" Seeds We Sow (2005)---"That's The Way Love Goes", "Rock Away Blind", "Gone Too Far", "End Of Time" Gift Of Screws (2007)---"Did You Miss Me", "Wait For You", "Love Runs Deeper", "The Right Place To Fade" Lindsey Buckingham (2021)---"On The Wrong Side", "I Don't Mind", "Blue Light"

Lindsay is awesome. So is Mike Campbell from Petty's heartbreakers. Mark Knopfler, in the 80s was given the gold seal of approval from, first, CHET ATKINS, (Mr. Guitar) and also in playful "cutting heads" between sets Eddie Van Halen bowed to Mark's speed picking.

Fantastic live, has even more dynamics; In terms of videos, I only know the version from 2005, where Stevie Nicks sings along as an exception; probably not an official video. Landslide composed and sung by Stevie Nicks is also brilliant live, the sister or brother song to Never Going... . Both songs are brilliant on the FM live album 1980. Big Love from DVD The Dance live 1996, where Lindsey exceptionally plays a solo version, is exceptional guitar-wise; I don't know if you already know this video? Great, keep it up!!!

Lindsey Buckingham’s guitar picking is difficult as he uses his fingers. Lindsey is a maistro of this method.

Listen to the Buckingham Nicks record, then see Dave Grohl's documentary "Sound City". (it was free on YT) It talks about Mick Fleetwood hearing the Buckingham Nicks tape at Sound City Studios in LA, while he was looking for a studio to record in. The Buckingham Nicks disc was the first thing recorded there in '73, and the influence on FMac is undeniable. eta See if you can see it ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-t6sfWg386yg.html

Grwat commwntary. This is actually my favorite Fleetwood Mac song. His finger picking compositions are my favorites. Thia ine is apparently ao hard that he later changed it as he couldnt pull it off onstage anymore. Check out the tutorials on youtube id you really want to appreciate it. I dont even play guitar but ive watched one if them like 5 times. The lyrics are sparing but cut right to the bone too. Two times was enough. I terestingly, him and Stevie had qnother failed attempt after this, and hw later added a "beem down three times" to it in performances.

Chicken Pickin, finger picking, a style where the thumb hits the top three strings, while the other four fingers, are free to attack and pluck the bottom 3 , high treble strings, The pioneer was Chet Atkins..Mark Knoppler, Vince Gill, Stephen Stills, Brad Paisley, John Mayer are some artists that took that art into the future. Lindsey Buckingham, to me is the greatest. He also uses nylon strings, like on a flamenco classical guitar.

I love your videoes. Thank you so much for keeping his songs alive! I was lucky enough to see him live at House of Blues in Chicago in 2008 or 9. He was promoting a new album called “Gif of Screws”. He played this and “Tusk & I know I’m Not Wrong” one of the greatest shows I was lucky to see. Plus it’s the house of blues,so there’s no chairs, which means you can get as close as you want. Lindsey rules and so do you!

I've never bought into the whole "greatest guitarist ever" stuff, Theres just too many different guitarists that are excellent in their respective styles and genres. Most of these people that say oh, so and so is the greatest guitarist ever are basically just focusing on their favorite guitarist in whatever their preferred genre or style is. Also, people look at different criteria as to what makes a great guitarist, some measure technical ability vs style vs creativity or any combination thereof.
