I’m gonna be completely real with you guys. I come from a broke family. From 2019 to today, there has been flex seal on a portion of our roof. That flex seal lasted through 27 hurricanes (not counting tropical storms) that hit Florida and didn’t budge. We never even touched it up. It was still going strong but we were finally able to get a new roof lol. Phil Swift isn’t kidding when he said that stuff’s strong
