Sweet plane Rich been wanting one for months. I’m sure we will see you rip up the sky soon with this big bird. Got to se them fly at Joe Nall it’s an impressive plane.
I got this the minute it hit the site and love it. Looks great , flys great ...price is a little hard to swallow , especially since it jumped up almost immediately after the release . It's a fantastic warbird and although I wont be buying any foam planes in this price range anytime soon, if you have been thinking about it or already ordered yours , you won't be disappointed. Stock up on some packs too..its an absolute blast to fly , gets mountains of looks and compliments and probably the very best foam Corsair ever made . That said , Rich is one of the best sources for solid reviews ..if he says it's good it's good..if he says it s above average ..it is ! I have NEVER bought a plane after listening closely to his flight reviews and wished I didn't. Blue skys !! Will-
I'm surprised it took you this long to get your hands on this warbird. I know you have been super busy. I am glad you got one. I have the birdcage variation myself. I think the quality on this model is over the top. Absolutely beautiful. Enjoy.
Ahhhh, ok. Now that makes a whole lot more since. I knew you wouldnt pass on this one. Cant wait for your flight big dawg. As always thankyou for what you do my man. You have always been an inspiration to me. Which has helped my channel grow to where it's at today. Thanks again Rich.
I have 2 flight videos to post, I'll try to get one posted tonight.... mine is all stock & it seems to be fine... I probably have at least a dozen flights on it now and I flew it at the half time show at the electric line at Joe Nall this year with Justin Lamb in tandem as you will see in the photos at the end of the video:) My electronics are all stock including the BEC.
I just built mine today. Some of the instructions are not very clear. Still trying to bind up. Admiral receiver not linking up. And there was no installation instructions for the receiver. My motor mounts had the motor cant slightly down and hard right off center about 20 degrees. Shimmed that up so it is maybe 3-4 degrees off. Prop blades were almost rubbing the cowling on the right side. Better now. Hopefully I can power her up soon. It would have been nice if they marked left and right wing ribbon plugs. Still have to figure that out when I can get binded.
