Flipping this £245k Auction Property! 

This week, we meet up with Naomi who is a family member on AK's side. We walked through her latest renovation project which she and her business partner secured via a pre auction bid around the end of 2023. You'll see from the before pictures in the video just how overgrown the garden at property was, there was not a working kitchen /bathroom, and the house was deemed un-mortgageable. It was great to find out more about the numbers, to see this flip project start to come to life. We can't wait to come back when it's finished.
