Floor is one of a kind, for me she is one of the best vocals i ever listen, her vocal range is incredible and they strorytelling way to sing is awesome. nice job and great day to u
This is my favorite version of this song. The way Gaga belts at the top of her lungs is perfect for the scene she's playing in the movie - she's proving herself to the world. Floor's version is more intimate and satisfying for me.
Great Reaction! I don't know how she sings so softly and still has that clear vibrato in her voice. Floor went on another TV Show similar to Beste Zangers, but in Germany. There are not any videos of the show on YT yet, but a You Tuber must have bought the CD Collection of the show and has made a medley video of Floors performances. It is only 6 minutes long but she will blow you away with her vocal performances. Search for "Floor Jansen's Best Collection (All Episodes) Sing Meinen Song 2022."
I am sorry for not sorry but, Floor owns that song Now. Period! Her Motherly tone and tenderness plus power has no equal !!! NWSU 🤘😎🤘. Floor Jansen FOREVER!!!!
It is unusual for any song not to be improved and enhanced by Floor's performance of it. Whether it is just by superior technique, the sheer power she can deliver, her massive tonal and dynamic range, her empathy with the lyrical content, or just her perfect diction that makes subtitles or lyric sheets completely unnecessary and the storytelling unmatched, she always manages to deliver something extraordinary. In this case, she is not singing it as part of a movie, so she makes it work better as a standalone song than the original, IMO. And of course, she is capable of any style and genre at the highest level.
Recommendation: make a reaction video of Floor Jansen singing in her band Nightwish in the song 'Ghost love score' live at Wacken 2013. I'de be very curious to see your reaction and opinion.
Nope, she's singing it as a solist, and she's singing it to Emma (blonde in red dress) so she sang "girl" both lines. Her shoulder shrug was to emphasize "aren't you tired..." She also sang it the same way at her solo Amsterdam concert, so it was NOT a mistake.
Could you please tune up your microphone a bit. I got a heart attack from the intro, and after that, I had to crank up the volume again to understand what you are saying. Thanks!
