as a tile adhesive/cement manufacturer as myself, it hurts me so bad when it is not being used properly. the product is an adhesive(glue) so you do not need much as a mortar. you do not need to add cement to it if the product is well formulated the mortar is either going to expand or shrink if more cement or sand is added and eventually starts making noise i make water resistant tile cement by the way

Ghanaian tilers should stop using too much tile glue. U dont need a layer that thinck like ur laying bricks. Damn! that shoukd be costy to the owner.

Puzzles me why they use so much mortar/cement just to lay tiles... You only need a thin layer.
