Floowandereeze is based around the journey of the Arctic Terns that are migrating all the way from the North Pole to the Antarctic, but unlike in real life, the journey of these birds usually starts in the UK with the Normal Summon of Robina.
With Robina you can then travel to either Australia, South America or the USA, but if you grab Eglen you can then resolve Robina and Normal Summon Eglen to let you search for an Empen.
Then, you can resolve Eglen and tribute summon Empen to the field by banishing both of your birds.
From here, you can use Empen’s effect to search for a Dreaming Town, but you’ll also want to use Robina’s effect in banishment to add itself back to the hand.
This gives you Empen on field which prevents the activation of the effects of all Special Summoned attack position Monsters, a banished Eglen that can be added to hand later and set Dreaming Town with Robina in hand.
