Granulated sugar: 30g
Egg yolk: 1
Flour: 65g
Cocoa powder: 10g
Chocolate(Milk):10g
[Filling - Top caramel chocolate dough]
a - Unsalted butter: 30g
a - Granulated sugar: 35g
a - Honey: 10g
a - Fresh cream: 40ml
Chocolate: 20g
Almonds slice: 50g
■ Chocolate cookies [How to make]
1. Mix the granulated sugar in soft butter, add yolk little by little and mix well.
2. Melt the chocolate with hot water and mix it.
3. Mix the sieved powder.
4. Lap and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 to 3 hours.
5. Stretch the dough to match the size of the mold with a noodle stick.
