Florida mall shooting: Latest as police search for person responsible

Police in Florida are still trying to track down the suspect in a deadly mall shooting that happened two days before Christmas.
The shooting, which happened at Paddock Mall in a Florida town located northwest of Orlando, resulted in the death of one man. The shooting also left another woman wounded. Police are looking to identify a man who is believed to be responsible for the shooting.

Why are cops searching for him? If they wanted him so badly they should have kept him in prison for one of his previous 20+ felony arrests. We all know he's been arrested and released dozens of times. BUILD MORE PRISONS! STOP dropping charges and offering sweet plea deals!
