Those are all older-model retired school buses, which didn't have federally-mandated requirements for factory installed seatbelts. Go back and view the video and you can see the original yellow color of the bus underneath the white repaint. Lots of parts got knocked off in the collision and roll-over, so you can see plenty of underlying school bus yellow paint revealed.
This man when convicted and sentence to a very long time in prison. Even 1 life is one too many. This man voluntarirly chose to consume alcohol and drive recklessly.
This needs to stop. The punishment for DUI and DWI needs to be something other than a slap on the wrist. The first offense should be permanent revocation of drivers license. The second offense should be 10 years in prison. With each additional offense by 10 years plus an additional 10 years. If the crash results in an injury it should be 25 to life. If the crash results in a fatality the punishment should be based on the state it happens in. If the state has the death penalty then that should be the punishment. If the state does not have the death penalty the punishment should be an automatic life in prison without the possibility of parole. We need to wake people up and have them realize that driving a vehicle is a privilege and like with all privileges it can be taken away.

Using H2A is anything but cheap. The farmers are paying AWER... well above minimum wage. The farmers are being exploited by the US government through inaction on immigration. In Washington State, we are paying nearly $20 per hour plus overtime, transportation to and from US, lodging, food and commute to and from work .. if they are lucky enough to be able to afford the program.... Ag is in dire straits just trying to put food on your table.

an American has to pay income taxes, SS taxes, property taxes, sales tax, plus car insurance and health insurance....they can not work minimum wage and pay for all that.....of course if you don't buy insurance or pay taxes, you could get by.
