First time to Astor, FL. Lots of Boats around made fishing the river difficult because of the boat wake.... but fishing was GOOD! Caught Bluegill, Shellcracker, Crappie (Speck), and Warmouth (molly)

Almost always, take one of the three....crickets, wigglers, small minnows, small shrimp

Yes sir, Warmouth are very good to eat. I can’t really tell a difference in taste. Were y’all using artificial jigs, or live worms?
