I love all the wips you stitched on. Saga is a wonderful Long Dog. I love the hippo in the right hand corner. I am so glad your fur baby is doing better. I lost 2 of mine to health problems and old age within 4 months this year. They leave such huge holes in our hearts but a lot of good memories. I have an 8 year old pit/ dalmatian mix and we just adopted another rescue that is a chihuahua/ terrier mix that only weighs 20 lbs. So strange to have such a little one after really big dogs. Lol.❤

SOS sorry for your loss. I love that you have rescues also! I don’t see us ever having a smaller dog, but you never know what animals are going to capture your heart!

Great video! All of your WIPs are 😍😍😍! You got so much done on SAGA already! I love your colors. I’m doing more of a teal blue but a gradient with each row a different color. I’m using a mix of silk and fancy floss and DMC. Love your book talks too. I’m so glad to hear your dog is doing okay!

We have such similar tastes in projects. My upcoming starts include Tonight We Ride (Autumn Lane Stitchery), Winter Solstice, the Pointed Fifth (which is so similar to Saga) and an Adrian Borda! So, unsurprisingly, I think your WIPs all look gorgeous. ❤

Love all of your projects! I am starting my first full coverage piece. How do you decide whether to use full cross or tent stitch?

It kind of depends on what fabric size I go with. I don’t really care for tent stitch on anything with a smaller count than 25, so if I use 25 or 28 count, I will do tent stitch, but for 18 count I prefer full cross. I feel like full coverage pieces can be SOOOO many stitches that the tent stitch option helps me feel like I may actually be able to finish them someday, so I find myself gravitating toward 25 or 28 count now whenever I want to start a full coverage because of that.
