Lol I’ve just binge watched all of your videos and have so enjoyed seeing your progress. I love the idea of the 22 for 22- the best of both worlds- get projects finished up, but still get to start things too! It will be neat to see how your WIP parade changes between the start and the end of the year:)

The soda stitch designer has an amazing way with color. I finished her cake bears too and love them, and I’m seriously considering starting the sewing cats because they are a fun stitch.

I know I say this every time, but I LOVE Hippo Reflection! Looks like a painting! It gorgeous! Beautiful finish! That Soda Stitch wip is so cute! All your wips look great! I also have Regal Tiger whom I will be starting on February 1st. :) Fairy Tale cross stitch book looks fun, looking forward to you starting ones of those. Happy Stitching!

Thank you. Tiger reflection has been on my to find list forever. I just ordered fabric for some from the fairytale book in the hope that WIPGO selects some medium projects to finish so I can start them. The weird little cross stitch games we play 🤪

Great video and great projects as always. I too love Jayne Netley Mayhew's designs and have most of her books, which I have loved but found difficult to work from, I didn't realise she did chart packs, now off to check out the website, love the polar bears you received. x

Same have all her book and love the designs but the color charts are a bear to work with. Chart pack is way clearer and easier to use and will definitely be ordering more. 💙🐻

Ouch! I suffer from tendonitis, it is not goid. Luckily I have reached a stasis where it is happy if I wear ankle braces. Hope they can sort out the surgeries soon. Love your projects. Love Edinburgh too, I am based in york, so we go up occasionally 😊 xx

I just bought an ankle brace and have been wearing and the pain is easing up slightly ‘fingers crossed’. I miss Edinburgh but judging by all the construction to town I might not even recognise some places.

Thank you, I am really trying to focus on actually finishing things and enjoy stitching them so much but wants to start enjoying them on display too. My husband Piotr is actually from Poland, then school in Cape Town, phd in England and now here we are in California. 🐻💙

This year I’m picking the challenges that best suit my stitching style and not trying to do all the different groups and if I start a game within a group being ok with bowing out if it’s just too much counting or posting. The no new starts until a finish is already making me crave something new but really enjoying busting out some really old wips. 🐻💙

Your work is amazing! When you make a copy of the working copy do you do it in parts? Enlarge the sections? Or copy the pattern in one large copy?

I copy the whole thing as it is in the original. At staples if it’s too big for the regular copier I take it over to the main printing desk and get them to make I’m sure it’s called the blueprint or architect size. If a chart is in multiple parts I just make a copy and then glue it together at the page break. I’m very low tech and can’t seem to make the pattern keeper jump yet.
