The cards look so good!! Thank you for sharing. I cannot wait to see what I receive. I recently figured out the fringed edges so I’ll have to show you.

I wanted to see what everyone else did this time so I could have a better idea of what to do for next swap which I definitely plan to participate in! The fringe edge you were asking about is super easy, especially since you stitch primarily on aida. Just take a pair of tweezers or a needle and pull out a few threads from each side. I usually leave like 1/2 an inch extra to my piece all around and then trim the fringe down once I'm happy with the look. I do a tiny dot of super glue at each corner once done to keep any additional threads from coming undone, but its not necessary.

These were so great! I didn’t participate this year but I’m hoping to in the future.

Back stitch a couple of rows in from the edge of the size you want your piece and then pull out the threads outside of the back stitch. The back stitch keeps the threads from unraveling any further than you want them to. How fun to see everyone's creativity - thank you for doing this swap!!!
