This flourless Sugar-free oatmeal cake is packed with protein, vitamin and fiber with a natural sweetness from an apple and a banana. Make this cake and eat as a dessert, snack or breakfast. It will keep you in shape!
[Ingredients]
200g Oatmeal
400ml Milk
2 Eggs
1 Ripe banana
1 Apple
120g Plain yogurt (1/2 cup)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup Blueberries (either frozen or fresh)

Feel free to add a bit of honey or dried fruits if you like it sweeter! Some chopped nuts would be great in this cake if you are not allergic to any ; )

I just did it. Absolutely delicious. I couldn't find blueberries so I used frozen strawberries and I baked it in the Air Fryer, this was complicated because I had to turn the cake over to bake the bottom part. But it worked perfectly. Tnx for the recipe

Hi! I think it will take less time in muffin form. Use a tooth pick trick to check if it’s done!

Mine was "jiggly" after 50 minutes at 360 degrees. I had to put it back in for another 20 minutes, but I covered that with foil so it wouldn't burn. Perhaps the demonstration was done in a convection oven? Also: I question baking powder in lieu of baking soda. Anybody have any thoughts on that?

I haven’t tried steaming it but my suggestion would be to use the batter like when you make pancakes in a pan. Hope it comes out well! 😊

I just make it, I put 360F for 50 mint but still not well done. I think 1h and 15m is good

@@cookingwithkana It is very good. I’d like it to be a little sweeter but my husband thinks it’s great. I added chopped walnuts and used pears because our trees are loaded and they were free.

I madw this. I followed all the measurements and steps. But the finished product was not so nice. Its cooked outside but the inside still very mushy 😢

Google the how many grams and milliliters are in cups. For the milk it is 1.65 cups. I use one cup and a bit less than 3.4 cup.
