So have you visited these other worlds in breathwork? How do you tap into wisdom in your heart ? My heart doesn’t say anything to me ???? Please explain bc when you say it sounds great .
Thank you for such a thoughtful question, Rob. Breathwork can indeed open doors to deeper states of consciousness, and the experiences vary for each person. Visiting "other worlds" in breathwork is often a metaphor for exploring the vast inner landscapes of our mind and spirit. Tapping into the wisdom of your heart is a practice of deep listening. Sometimes the heart doesn't speak in words, but rather in feelings, sensations, or intuitions. It’s about quieting the mind and allowing yourself to feel whatever arises without judgment. If your heart feels silent, that’s okay too. It might be that the stillness is the wisdom itself, encouraging patience and presence. With continued practice, you may start to notice subtle shifts or insights. I encourage you to approach this with gentleness and curiosity. Everyone’s journey is unique, and there’s no right or wrong way to experience it. If you continue to feel blocked, guided sessions or even sharing in a supportive community might help deepen your connection. I hope this offers some clarity, and I’d love to hear more about your experiences as you explore further. 🙏✨
Wow this was truly amazing it totally blew my mind, after it had finished i just started crying i couldn't move, it felt like i had someone watching over me some sort of spirit, i can't say exactly what it was bit there was definitely something in my room with me
The breath connects us to the unseen realms, opening doors to profound experiences. Your tears are a testament to the deep healing and presence you felt. Trust in the guidance and protection that surrounds you. Love and light on your journey. ❤🙏✨

Randeep, thank you for imparting your wisdom with breathwork. I gratefully got to experience this with your lead at the festival yesterday, and i was deeply moved. I have gone into nature to follow this video this morning - thank you so much for this resource. Can i ask you a couple of questions please around my experience during breathwork... In parts i get extremly light headed to a point of needed to place my hands on the ground, is this normal? Also my body shakes uncontrollably for at least 10 seconds following being light headed, are these teething symptoms? Thank in advance for all you wisdom. Namaste 🙏
Thank you for your kind words and for joining the breathwork session at the festival! I’m glad to hear it moved you deeply. 🙏🏽 Experiencing light-headedness and body shakes can happen during breathwork, especially if you’re new to the practice or engaging deeply. Here’s a bit more insight: Light-headedness: It’s fairly common, especially when you’re taking deep, rapid breaths. This can change the levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body, leading to a feeling of light-headedness. If it happens, take a moment to slow your breathing and ground yourself. Body shakes: These can occur as your body releases tension and old energy. It’s a way for your nervous system to reset. These sensations typically lessen with continued practice as your body adapts to the breathwork. Always listen to your body and proceed at a pace that feels comfortable for you. If the symptoms persist or feel too intense, it’s a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional. Feel free to ask any other questions you have. Namaste 🙏🏽

Ah, the mysteries of the English language! Sometimes even the most enlightened minds get tangled in its spell. 😅 Thanks for pointing it out-like breathwork, learning is a continuous journey! 🌬️✨Thanks for keeping me on my toes! 🌈✨
Great point! While nose breathing is what I recommend for day to day life, in this video we’re exploring 'deeper breathing' through the mouth as part of our breathwork practice. It’s all about embracing different techniques to find what truly benefits our body and spirit. Thanks for watching and breathing along!
