This series has been awesome for me. The best exercise course I've ever done. I've heated so much, going back to each part time and again. After four months, I can now do part 6 from start to finish, and you've taught me to improvise and free flow. I LOVE it, and you, for your generosity and teaching skills.. you're a blessing!

Right! To allow the practice to come together organically is one of the greatest gifts. In that process, we get to work WITH the body. Becoming more attuned & patient, while also tapping into our innate creativity.

This was so important for me to do! After focusing on bodybuilding for months, I kind of went under the grindset of "if it doesn't hurt and exhaust you, it's useless" and really neglected mobility. Which I'm really noticing now doing those side sit rolls😢 I'll continue working on it again now!
