This brief video shows you how to adjust modes in your flowOS flowtoys.

I’ve bought multiple products from u guys my first order was from u guys in 2016 nunchucks and since bought new versions of the nunchucks and a few other capsules for remotes and every single product I’ve bought from u guys still works today threw much abuse and charge cycles highly recommend u guys I love ur products very durable, fun and serious toys

You guys need a better explanation of how to select colors... Trying to get just a solid color and having trouble.

Hi - sorry you''re having trouble finding the info you need! Our product support is here: flowtoys.com/product-support ... we use RU-vid to house and archive the videos, but they're not meant to stand alone. You can find solid colors in a couple of modes - bold (P1M3) and bolder (P3M8) - and use the adjust feature in this video to find and select the exact shade you want. Here's a link to the page with all the modes charts - they're in pdfs at the bottom of the page - flowtoys2.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000187766-the-pages-interface-pages-1-13-overview ... hope this helps! There is a lot of info in the modes to convey and tbh it would be impossible to relate them all in any support resource as every mode can be adjusted and customized and different modes react differently to movements and in different props. It will be easier to navigate when we release the app :)

I agree with the other commenter that this tutorial is inadequate. However, it is my hope that soon the app will make needing to learn this obsolete. I am someone who is incapable of making basic changes to my props (that I spent nearly $1000 on and use often).

Sorry to hear it's been challenging for you to do the things you need. The app will definitely make selecting and adjusting colors easy and so much more. We're in the last stretches of launching the beta. This video shows the basics - the possibilities are kind of endless, so a video will always be inadequate, but if there is something specific you want to do, please don't hesitate to email us at support@flowtoys.com and we can walk you through it.

My problem seems to be the adjustment mode, trying to change fires (p1m5) color and the timing is very hard to get down, I can make it pink but when I try again it's just switches to ice?(p1m6) instead of changing fires mode color...

Question - I have my podpoi v2 with P3M5 Fireball....I wanted to make one orange and the other blue but they both change together, can I do that without them both changing together?

Ope, got it! I tossed a poi at one end of my house, and adjusted them separately out of range! EDIT: They went back to default, please help!

Thanks for asking and we'll do our best to help you get the modes you're looking for :) If you'd like to set up each light to show a different mode (and keep them grouped), the best way to do this would to be: - turn on each poi individually using the 'solo on' button press (flowtoys2.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000187767-types-of-button-presses) - navigate to page3 mode 5 - adjust the mode to your color preference - use the 'hold to save' button press to save that adjusted mode to your favorites page (flowtoys2.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000196183-intro-to-favorites-how-to-save-autoplay) Once you've done that with one poi, repeat the process with the second poi. After doing this, turn on both lights and navigate to page 4 mode 1- they should both show the adjusted fireball modes you saved earlier. I will never give this company my money again. The pods do not sync in real life, these things are full of bugs and after years the improvements made are useless
