You will never be arrested for not paying a tax bill by the IRS, you will get arrested for tax embezzlement by the IRS, but never simply for not paying your bill. They don't have to arrest you, they will just garnish you wages and you'll pay whether you want to or not. Chael could be right on this one. I've never seen anyone arrested simply for not paying a bill, they could be sued, but not arrested.

No that’s not the reason majority of them are abandoned. They’re abandoned by the sheikhs around their neighbourhoods in Abu Dhabi becus they couldn’t care less about making the money off selling them.They get rounded up, by the police, refurbished and auctioned off… Dubai barely has any space to ‘abandon cars’ it’s very densely populated and they will get towed pretty soon.

I disagree with this guy on a lot of things. First off the story that we get from Dubai is that it's not Floyd that owns the money somebody took a loan out on his line of credit and now they can't pay it back
